CONSIGLI UTILI
• Prima di aprire una nuova discussione si invita ad utilizzare il motore di ricerca del forum per verificare che la stessa non sia già presente.
• Quando viene aperta una discussione si invita il membro a scrivere un titolo che possa riassumere nel modo migliore possibile l’argomento che vuole trattare.
• E' buona norma non effettuare più post in serie su una stessa discussione, cercando invece di concentrare ogni intervento in un unico post.

6) Non sono consentiti comportamenti razzisti ed è fatto tassativo divieto di ogni apologia dell’inferiorità o superiorità di una razza rispetto alle altre.
7) Non sono consentiti comportamenti omofobici, xenofobi, e sessisti.
Non sono ammessi:
1) Messaggi (Post) non inerenti alle tematiche proposte.
2) Messaggi privi di argomentazioni o con argomentazioni insufficienti;
3) Messaggi che contengono semplici domande, se non diversamente specificato, o solo link.
4) Commenti in chiave sarcastica, beffeggiatoria, sacrilega e denigratoria;
5) Atteggiamenti e/o posizioni di contestazione, presi a titolo gratuito, palesemente ostili nei confronti dei moderatori e degli amministratori del forum.
6) Incitamento al mancato rispetto delle presenti regole miranti alla esclusiva destabilizzazione della normale e pacifica partecipazione attiva al forum;
7) Multi iscrizioni (con nickname diversi),
8) Pubblicare immagini o link ritenuti osceni e offensivi della sensibilità dei singoli. La regola vale anche per le signature e avatar.
9) Richiedere testi, link, informazioni o altro, senza discutere l’argomento proposto se non diversamente specificato.
10) Inviare suggerimenti e commenti al forum, comunicazioni personali, auguri di compleanno, saluti ecc., tutto questo è consentito solo attraverso i messaggi privati.
11) Pubblicare testi o brani presi da siti web o pubblicazioni cartacee senza citarne la fonte.
12) Pubblicare link, immagini o allegati non attinenti alla discussione;
13) Pubblicare e/o richiedere link a siti contenenti materiale che violi le leggi sul copyright e sul diritto d’autore.
14) L’operato dei moderatori è insindacabile e può essere giudicato solo dall’Amministratore del forum.
15) Eventuali contestazioni vanno effettuate via e-mail. Verrà chiusa immediatamente ogni discussione avente come oggetto argomenti di contestazione in chiave polemica. Chi dovesse insistere in simile atteggiamento, verrà immediatamente allontanato dal forum secondo l’insindacabile giudizio dei moderatori.
16) Se nel corso della discussione il topic dovesse degenerare (anche con un solo messaggio) è data ampia facoltà di intervenire al moderatore come ritiene opportuno, anche con la chiusura della discussione o, nei casi più gravi, con il bannaggio immediato.
17) Per le violazioni meno gravi, ad insindacabile giudizio del moderatore, si potrà procedere all’editazione del messaggio incriminato.
18) E’ espressamente vietato aprire nuove discussioni dove l’argomento sia la contestazione di chiusura di topic. Per eventuali contestazioni di questo tipo, vedere il numero 15 di questo Regolamento.
19) Ogni utente è responsabile dei contenuti dei propri post (messaggi), decidendo di renderli pubblici e inviandoli al forum non potrà più considerare i suoi scritti “privati”, e purché conformi all’originale ne autorizza la riproduzione su qualsiasi altro supporto.
20) Se bannato non potrà richiedere la cancellazione di tutti i suoi messaggi, questo renderebbe impossibile la lettura delle discussioni in cui è intervenuto o provocherebbe la cancellazione di intere discussioni, ledendo gli altri partecipanti.
21) Qualora un utente venga bannato dal forum non può riscriversi con altro nickname; su questo forum non vengono bannati i nickname ma le persone. Qualora questo utente continui a riscriversi, con l’unico fine di contestare e ostacolare il regolare svolgimento dei post sul forum si procederà con la segnalazione all’autorità competente e al provider utilizzato (nei casi previsti dalla legge, è possibile far ricorso al riconoscimento IP).
Le infrazioni ad una sola delle norme su riportate comporteranno:
1) l’immediata chiusura e/o rimozione delle discussioni.
2) In presenza di comportamenti gravi la violazione di queste norme potrà portare, a discrezione dei moderatori e/o degli amministratori del forum, al bannaggio dell’utente responsabile.
